The Padgen Method is a fusion of Structural Integration theory, Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish, and Esalen style of massage.  Each session lengthens fascia, aligns the musculoskeletal system, decompresses the joints, and unwinds the cranial membrane (RTM) and related structures. This increases the circulation of fluids, blood, lymph, and cerebral spinal fluid restoring balance to the biodynamic and bioelectrical field.  The Method builds on specific techniques fused together by intuition, experience, thousands of hours of practice, ten-years in the classroom, two world class spas, and thirty years of daily practice.

Our signature session is a great way to introduce yourself to the healing power of Massage Therapy. If you are a veteran of Bodywork and Massage, I trust you will be pleased. It is deeply relaxing and long lasting.

Healing the Symptom and Treating the Cause.

The Method is effective in the reduction of stress: mental, physical, and emotional; feeling of depression, lethargy, apathetic, or feeling of low energy and fatigue.  Structural Bodywork restores vitality and increases energy.  Many experiences a sense of feeling lighter, looser and longer; as well as increased clarity.
